Mattucci Winery
2013 Primitivo Reserve

Mattucci Winery primarily produces wines from Bordeaux/California fruit varietals blended with an Italian slant that are well balanced and elegant. Their wines are produced in very small lots and never rushed to bottle or market. The Primitivo Reserve has polished tannins with flavors of ripe black cherries and blackberry fruit with hints of raspberries, cocoa and toasty oak that lead to a long balanced finish.

Aged Gouda Cheese

Oakdale Cheese & Specialties has been making hand crafted Gouda cheese in the Holland tradition for generations. Oakdale won first place in the 2014 American Cheese Society (Dutch-Style Gouda category) with their firm Aged Gouda that has a dynamic nutty flavor.

Sopressa

Salami with just a little kick! Locally produced Paso Robles Zinfandel wine and cayenne pepper add zesty flavor without being too hot or spicy. Salami Sopressata got its name from the practice of pressing the salami between planks of wood resulting in a straight, flattened shape. The Northern Italian version did away with the pressed shape. Sopressa is known for having a more robust taste thanks to the amount of garlic and additional added spices like paprika and cayenne pepper.
